Usage Directions
Bathe your chinchilla 2–4 times per week to remove excess oil and dirt and maintain the softness and healthy condition of the fur.
- Use an appropriate dust bath house or stable container that cannot be tipped over
- Add approximately 1 inch of POOF! dust to the bath house or container
- Allow your chinchilla to bathe for 3–5 minutes
- Remove the dust bath house from the cage after each session to avoid soiling and over-exposure to dust
- Replace dust if it becomes soiled
Oxbow recommends consulting your veterinarian before using any chinchilla dust bath product if your pet is not acting normally or is ill.
