Transitioning to Open Farm RawMix
When switching your dog to a new food, a gradual transition over 7–10 days helps avoid digestive upset. Start by mixing 25% Open Farm RawMix with 75% of your dog’s current food for the first 2–3 days. Increase to 50/50 for days 4–5, then 75% Open Farm for days 6–7, and transition to 100% Open Farm RawMix from day 8 onward.
